This warranty ensures that your product is free from manufacturing defects and functions as intended for a full year from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered by the Warranty?

The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If your ClairLock fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What’s Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper installation.

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damages.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Battery or other consumable parts that wear out over time (unless defective upon receipt).

  • Damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, fires, or earthquakes.

How to Claim Your Warranty?

If you believe your ClairLock is defective and you wish to make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Evidence: We may request photos or videos of the defective product to assess the issue.

Once we’ve verified that the issue is covered under warranty, we’ll arrange for a repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the defect.

Warranty Period

The warranty period for the ClairLock Smart Fingerprint Locking Handle is 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty period will not be extended by repairs or replacements.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that we are unable to repair or replace your ClairLock, we will offer a full refund of the original purchase price.

Extended Warranty

If you would like additional protection beyond the standard 1-year warranty, we offer an extended warranty for an additional fee. Contact us for more details.
